Our childcare facilities

We ensure a safe and nurturing environment by maintaining secure facilities, following strict health and safety procedures, and providing close supervision at all times. Our educators build trusting relationships with children, creating a space where they feel comfortable, valued, and supported. We also regularly review and risk-assess our environment to keep it safe, while making sure it’s welcoming and nurturing for every child. We’re always happy to talk face-to-face about how we create a safe and caring atmosphere for your child.

We understand that separation can sometimes be difficult for children (and parents). Our educators take a calm and nurturing approach, offering comfort, reassurance, and plenty of one-on-one support. We work with families to follow familiar routines and use strategies such as comfort items, distraction through play, and gradual settling. Every child is different, so we adapt our approach to their individual needs, and we’re always happy to discuss strategies face-to-face to support a smooth transition.

We take allergies and medical conditions very seriously. All children with allergies or medical have an individual medical management plan in place, developed with families and their healthcare professionals. Our educators are trained in first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management, and we follow strict procedures to prevent exposure to allergens. We also ensure that all staff are aware of each child’s needs and that medications are stored safely and administered as required. We’re always happy to discuss your child’s specific requirements face-to-face to make sure you feel confident in their care.

The safety and security of the children is our top priority. We have secure entry systems, strict sign-in and sign-out procedures, regular head counts, and close supervision at all times. Our educators are trained in first aid and emergency procedures, and the environment is regularly checked to ensure it’s safe and child-friendly. We’d be more than happy to discuss these measures in detail face-to-face so you feel confident about the steps we take to keep children safe.

We recommend packing your child’s bag each day with spare clothes, a water bottle, any comfort items they may need, and any specific items required for their age group (like bottles, or a hat). Every child’s needs are a little different, so we’re always happy to discuss your child’s individual requirements face-to-face to make sure you feel confident about what to bring each day.
