Child safety & wellbeing
Now Taking New Enrolments
“Children are safest when surrounded by care, respect, and guidance.”
Our Commitment to Child Safety
At Leppington Childcare Centre, every child has the right to feel safe, secure, respected and heard.
Child safety is more than a policy — it is part of our culture and guides the decisions we make every day. We create environments where children feel comfortable to be themselves, where their voices are listened to, and where their individual needs, rights and wellbeing are respected.
Our educators share a collective responsibility to protect children from harm and to create a nurturing environment where they can learn, play, explore and grow with confidence.
We work in partnership with families and continually reflect on our practices to ensure child safety remains at the heart of everything we do.
