All of the very young children are supervised at all times by our very well and properly trained staff, who are prepared, in the very rare case of an emergency situation, are prepared to save the life of your child. They feed, sleep, and exercise at the necessary times in order to insure the proper development of your child.
We conduct regular risk assessments of our environments, routines, and equipment to ensure all spaces remain safe, clean, and developmentally appropriate for newborns and infants.

We adapt to your baby’s routine, recognising that every infant has their own natural rhythms for sleep, feeding, and play. Following your baby’s individual routine helps them feel safe, settled, and understood, especially when they are in a new environment. Consistency between home and care supports healthy development, reduces stress, and allows your baby to build trust with their educators. When we honour each child’s unique needs, they are happier, more secure, and better able to learn, grow, and thrive throughout the day.

The safety and security of the children is our top priority. We have secure entry systems, strict sign-in and sign-out procedures, regular head counts, and close supervision at all times. Our educators are trained in first aid and emergency procedures, and the environment is regularly checked to ensure it’s safe and child-friendly.
